Destin West Beach and Bay Resort - Gulf - Completed in September 2002

The Gulf front units were completed in September of 2002 and have been in much demand by second home buyers, investors, and renters ever since. It has a beautiful 5,000 ± sf swimming pool, large hot tub, a kiddy pool, and a fitness center that is second to none for condos on the Northwest Florida Emerald Coast. There are 93 units consisting of 42 one bedroom, bunk room, and two bath units and 51 two bedrooms, bunk room and two bath units. Many of these Gulf units have fabulous Gulf and Bay views. Destin West Sandpiper and Pelican - Completed in November of 2004

Sandpiper and Pelican (Buildings II & III, respectively) are one and two bedroom second homes and rental condominiums that make great investment properties (similar to those on the Gulfside). All condominiums have a bunk room and two bathrooms. The one bedroom condos will sleep 6 and the two bedroom condos (could be designated three bedroom units because they are all enclosed, have a closet and a window) will sleep 8 or 9 depending on how the bunk beds are configured. Many of the condos have outstanding views of the Gulf and the Bay. All have great views of the Bay and the multi-pool amenity areas. Both of these buildings have eight Lanai units (the bottom living floor just over the parking garage)with a private parking garage, a private entrance from the parking garage, and a private hot tub on the patio at pool level. The Penthouse units (eight in each building) all have roof gardens with connections for a wet bar, a hot tub, a telephone, cable and power. There is open covered parking under each bayside building at no extra charge for owners.

Destin West Osprey and Heron - Luxury Condominiums completed late summer of 2006

Osprey and Heron (buildings I & IV, respectively) on the Bay are large luxury residential condominiums. Stacks 1 and 3 contain the largest condos. For example the Penthouse units are 2,419± sq. ft. and 2,395± sf, HVAC respectively. Including the decks and covered porches they are 4,400± and 5,322± square feet, respectively. Stack 1 has 3-bedroom 3-bath units with a great room and den. Stack 3 has 3 bedrooms and three and one-half baths. Stacks 4 through 9 are 1,550± to 1,565 ± sf each HVAC and up to an additional 1,646 sq sf (3,211± total sq ft) in decks and covered porches. Destin West Gulfside Villas - Completed Late Summer 2006

The Villas have five large 979 sf HVAC (up to 2,2004 ± total sq sf including the Roof Garden) one bedroom, a bunk room, and two bath condominiums (sleeps 6) with roof gardens similar to those in Osprey and Heron on the Bayside described earlier. There are 30 smaller studio units which are 461 sf HVAC each and have a full bath, a bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room, and a large balcony (can sleep 4). All floors above the third floor have a fantastic unobstructed view of the Gulf and the Bay - the whole eastern hemisphere north to south. A large game or community room is located on the second floor. There is a partially covered heated swimming pool at ground level (available to all in the Resort). An owner, their guests, and renters have access to all of the Destin West Gulf and Bay facilities which include both bodies of water, both beaches, and all amenities of the Gulf and Bay Resort.
